Whenever God is about to change the atmosphere, change the administration, etc. He always sets a “Man”.
16Let the LORD, the God of the spirits of all flesh, set a man over the congregation, 17Which may go out before them, and which may go in before them, and which may lead them out, and which may bring them in; that the congregation of the LORD be not as sheep which have no shepherd.
Which “Man” is leading us (Faith or Fear). The one quality these men share is they are both servant leaders. Contrary to popular belief, fear is not authoritative. He serves the desires of our human nature.
These Servant Leaders both go deep within us as well as before us (in the form of our countenance, for example).
When I began to see faith as my servant, whose natural state is to be planted, I tapped into the code to strengthen my ideation (visualization, prototyping, testing) which ultimately contributes to the resiliency of my implementation.
Who is serving you today? Fear or Faith.
