“Yes, by my spirit within me I will seek You early; for when Your judgments are within the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.” – Isaiah 26:9
I used to think that setting my day, ordering my steps, was just for my benefit.
After all, the songwriter did say, “Order my steps in your Word, there Lord. Lead me, guide me, every day….. send your anointing Father I pray, please order my steps in your Word.”
Before I go any further, I just want to clarify that I am not “knocking” this song. What I am sharing is this song shares a part of the truth. The other part is that, as the Father order our steps, brings judgement within our earthen vessels, the inhabitants of the world will see, believe, and learn righteousness.
It’s a ripple effect strategy.
This has forever removed any anxiety I may sense prior to giving a speech (whether to 1 or to 10,000.) Before I was concerned about how the delivery of my message will land. Now I am thankful for the landing of God’s revelation within my “earth,” being confident that He who begun that work in me is able to complete it among those that are in the world.
11 This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.Acts 4:11
12 And he answered and told them, Elias verily cometh first, and restoreth all things; and how it is written of the Son of man, that he must suffer many things, and be set at nought.Mark 9:12
When God SET’s you, it doesn’t matter what it looks like on the surface. It may look like you are set at naught (set at the Zero Mark) ONLY if you are comparing yourself to someone else.
When God sets you there is no other fingerprint like yours on the planet.
Like Bamboo, which may show little to no growth in the first few years, (where it may seem like you are down for the count,) your growth has a set time (because you are set and marked by God) and it will have a sudden growth.
41 And when he had taken the five loaves and the two fishes, he looked up to heaven, and blessed, and brake the loaves, and gave them to his disciples to set before them; and the two fishes divided he among them all.Mark 6
If I keep my eyes on the size of what’s in my hands, I will forever be discouraged, discontented and at the extreme, depressed.
Five loaves and two fish, my seem small in the scheme of things, but we MUST always remember, in the midst of our “little thing” we are partnered with a BIG God.
We have been given authority to bless the “little thing” in our hand by speaking words of life over it.
It was intended for us to singularly execute the assignment that is upon our life. There are “disciples” that are in position to help us (many of whom we have never met).
Last but not least, it is important to not that our role is more so to facilitate than to execute. This facilitation requires order, knowing and staking your claim in your lane (not trying to be a COI – Chief of Everything).
What emotion is showing up for you as you read this post?
Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn.
There is nothing wrong with Business Planning, however, it can NEVER assume or replace the role of our Divine plan.
In marketing, the gurus will say, “it is important to identify your niche, develop a strategy to pursue your niche.” That may be a fact, but the truth of the matter is, when our Divine Plan is in play, instead of pursuing (seeking after) our niche, the pursued, now becomes, the seeker.
The seeker then comes to our light (aka order) along with “kings,” who in the business plan will be refereed to under the financial strategy section.
Disclaimer: Am I saying, “do not write a business plan? “Absolutely Not.”
What I am saying is it is more important that we SET our eyes on Entropy (the change in state from order to disorder) than Economy.
Philippians 1:66being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
Can one be confident even though he lacks self confidence? Great question. My answer is Absolutely, positively, YES!
Here is why?
Have you ever searched on websites such as www.YouTube.com or www.WikiHow.com to find our the steps to solve a problem? You discover the steps, solve the problem, and, with your proud self, you let everyone know you did not have to call a specialist to solve your problem.
Well, if WikiHow and YouTube can provide you that level of confidence, how much more the God of the universe (who knows our problems before we can even call on him) can demonstrate to us?
If you find yourself frustrated, hitting the proverbial brick wall on solving your problem, maybe it’s time to press ReSET and seek the one who is the author and finisher of our confidence.
Let my long road be your shortcut. Pressing that ReSET button has NEVER failed me.
What aresa do you find yourself frustrated at this time? Here is your first step to solving your problem.
STEP 1: Note that it is not an area you have a problem …… it is simply a step along the staircase.
“Do not fear, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard; and I have come because of your words.” – Daniel 10:12
Friends, there are always forces at work prohibiting your answer and destiny from manifesting. These negative forces (saboteurs) can come from our thoughts and words.
Daniel, had often been described as a man of excellence. In my eye, he represents one with the mindset of a champion (not in its traditional sense, but one who who goes to fight on behalf of others).
With that mental disposition, he heard and heeded to the voice of God that he ought not to allow fear to distort his thoughts and words.
Father, I thank you (according to Isaiah 50) that you have given me the tongue of the learned that I am able to speak a word in season. I set my mind in alignment with Your Word. Through you I am supernaturally fashioned and designed for victory. As a rudder sets the direction of a ship, I too set the direction of my mind as I meditate (mmuter) upon Your Words that are written on my heart. In Jesus Name
Whenever God is about to change the atmosphere, change the administration, etc. He always sets a “Man”.
16Let the LORD, the God of the spirits of all flesh, set a man over the congregation,17Which may go out before them, and which may go in before them, and which may lead them out, and which may bring them in; that the congregation of the LORD be not as sheep which have no shepherd.
Which “Man” is leading us (Faith or Fear). The one quality these men share is they are both servant leaders. Contrary to popular belief, fear is not authoritative. He serves the desires of our human nature.
These Servant Leaders both go deep within us as well as before us (in the form of our countenance, for example).
When I began to see faith as my servant, whose natural state is to be planted, I tapped into the code to strengthen my ideation (visualization, prototyping, testing) which ultimately contributes to the resiliency of my implementation.
